Bartenders
Ellerau, next to Hamburg - Germany
After finishing at the South African Butler Academy I joined Bar Wagemut in Berlin. Before that, I worked at The Ritz London and at a few other places behind the bar.
Service: Le Lion, Hamburg Drinks: Buck&Breck, Berlin Coolest place to be: Artesian, London
As most of the people would say: depends on my mood/time of the day. Morning: Champagne Midday: Daiquiri Evening: then I like drinks with a lot of Vermouth. Martinez (Genever) and a classic Manhatten. Quiet at home: Single Malt Whisky with a beer on the side
Let me just blame everything on one thing: Absinthe
Does my bar at home count?
Finish the butler school and then back to the place where I belong to: The bar & everything that belongs to it.
Rule No. 1: Never listen to bar conversations. (Well, not officially)
After finishing work with elegance and luxury, I like my Motorbikes.
Plymouth Sloe Gin, Vermouth and a dash of Chambord.
I am a big fan of the classic formula: half half, but I prefer it with a splash more Gin. Plymouth please & lemon twist. NO OLIVE!
A Chef.
