WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

France - all over really but Paris for the last few years.

WHERE DO YOU/HAVE YOU WORKED?

La Perla Paris, ECC Paris and their other venues mainly. Now I'm at Milk and Honey in London.

FAVORITE BARS?

In London, I like going east to White Lyan or Satans Whiskers, or Blind Pig and Milk and Honey when in Central.

FAVOURITE DRINK?

I could drink Vieux Carres forever. Or Pan American Clippers (Jack Roses with Absinthe) when i feel like something lighter.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

My last shift at ECC I managed to bring in more than 50 of my friends from the industry to party with me and got a champagne shower while standing on the bar. Felt like a porn star.

Ever done it on a bar?

Yes. Let's not name places.

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

French people are the best for terrible chat up lines. "Are you hurt?" "No, why?" "I could have sworn you've just fallen from heaven." Of course it never works... But it's funny to watch.
