I am the Brand Ambassador for Neptune Rum.

This is a close-knit industry and industry people are your extended family - so it’s important to look after them as well as possible!

What is your favourite cocktail? 

That would have to be a Daiquiri. All day long.

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

Possibly my recent trip to New Orleans as Red Coat for Tales of the Cocktail! I don’t know about a rock n roll moment, but it was an incredible experience and I got to meet some real industry rock stars.

Where will we find you on your nights off? 

At home playing with my daughter or weather permitting, in the garden smoking a cigar and sipping a Daiquiri.

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

Well, I’ve been doing this job for 17 years now since I was 18 years old, so I would have to say Bartender again and again!

What is your desert island bottle?

A bottle of Neptune Rum of course!

What is your hangover cure?

A pint of Guinness and a mac n cheese - not necessarily at the same time though…
