What is your favourite cocktail?

An Old Fashioned!

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

Haha. I used to work at Sketch and had a few rock n roll moments! One of my favourite memories is walking up to Ozzy Osbourne and asking him what he wanted to drink. He had a big grin on his face as he said: “I’ll have a coca-cola”. Classic!

Where will we find you on your nights off?

At home most of the time, I don’t get much time off haha. Or maybe enjoying a rare night out on the town with my Mrs. Anywhere that makes a mean Old Fashioned! If I had to choose one bar I would probably choose Aqua Shard for the views!

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

Running my own business! Turns out I’m still bartending, with a difference.

I still enjoy making the customers a drink and the bar chat – some things (or people!) never change!

What is your desert island bottle?

Has to be our Bottle Bar & Shop Passion Fruit Daiquiri! 

What is your hangover cure?

Bloody Mary made with Horseradish and Wasabi Vodka of course ;) It’s the best for a hangover! 

If you were gonna create a cocktail for BarChick, what would you make us?

That’s a hard one, you know everything there is to know about bars and you’ve tried most mixes and cocktails! I’d probably keep it simple – how about a BarChick Martini made with citrus fruits and a touch of rosemary? That could work!
