From Genius Bar to a genius bar, owner Alan used to fix iPhones at the Apple store. Now he fixes up some bloody epic drinks in North London where he opened Little Mercies at the end of 2018.  It's all exposed bricks, moody walls and scandi chic.  Don't be put off by the lack of tube station up here,  it's easy to get to, so rock up to this joint on Saturday night and you'll be amongst plenty of local regulars and drinkers from further afield who know some cocktails are worth travelling for.  

There's a Nitro cold-drip coffee tap alongside a selection of lagers, ales and stouts. So if you're flagging this'll get you sorted. The cocktail menu reads familiar, but what is served up is defo not what you're expecting. We're big fans of putting the word "breakfast" in front of a cocktail name to justify some early morning imbibing, so the Breakfast Wine was our priority. Think  Bloody Mary, except it is in no way a Bloody Mary.  Other heros include Caramelised White Choc Old Fashioneds and Pornstars made with Passionfruit Vodka, Pink Passionfruit Cordial, Wine & Verjus. You'll find yourself joining the regulars club in no time.

Hungry? Good 'cos these guys have pimped up the humble sarnie and created the perfect drinking snack. PB&J obsessives are gonna lose their sh*t over the lightly fried bread oozing with sweet jam and thick, sticky peanut butter.
