Chicken. Caviar. Champagne. Name a better trio… even Bey, Kelly & Michelle have nothing on this gang.

Bébé Bob, the chic Soho spot known for its love affair with chicken, caviar and Champagne, made the clucking fantastic decision to team up with cocktail maestro and all-round legend Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr Lyan. Late nights spent here eating chicken and sipping bubbles with his mates led to a collab and cocktail menu that's as playful as it is innovative (think chicken feet gummy garnishes…).  Not that we’d expect anything less.

All good things should start with a Martini- enter the Bébé Lyan Martini, crafted with Amalfi lemon and frozen vodka, served with a lemon twist or olives and pickles.  Big or mini, zesty or dirty depending on your mood. Feeling brave? The Chicken Bone Negroni is a nod to the iconic Bloodshot cocktail from Super Lyan; No. 3 Gin, Campari, strawberry aperitif and roasted chicken bone.  The Mouthfeel on this is spot on with just the right hint of savoury and a little oily finish.  Still with us? Good.

Onto the snacks. Tuck into some Schnuggets aka. chicken schnitzel nuggets topped with caviar or a Chicken Fat Doughnut, filled with roast chicken curd, dipped in jus and sprinkled with chicken crackling.  Hungry for more?  The main menu hasn't been left out of the refresh.  Their famous and delicious Vendée roasted chicken still made the cut but a new Chicken Schnitzel that’s served with parsley and garlic butter (and a side of fries, always fries) is what we’ll be soak up our sins with.  

It's more low key than the OG Bob Bob, think of it as the naughty little sister.  Great for long group dinners or quick biz bites, fun date nights or emergency glasses of Champagne.
