Any bar that has Cask Old Fashioneds and Nitro Espresso Martinis on draft has our attention. Brigadiers - we like you already. This restaurant and bar is situated in Bloomberg Arcade - the new hotspot for fun and frolics that basically solves the age-old 'where to drink in the City' issue. It touts itself as an Indian barbecue, beer, whisky, and live sport venue, and is from the people behind Gymkhana and Michelin-starred Trishna. 

Brigadiers is the laid-back, good-time version of its siblings. Decor wise it's inspired by the Army mess bars in India, think bold colours and dark-wooden panelling a-plenty.  Onto the good stuff - it has a pool table (yup, this is the place to pull) and the whisky vending machine is our kinda watering hole. There's even a flavour map to navigate your way around - endless fun, especially since you can try some rare, vintage and limited edition scotch.

As well as the on-tap cocktails, there's a banging drinks list of reimagined old favourites.  Bar snack wise, you'll be spoilt for choice. Two must-order dishes are the lotus root & puff chaat, and the cheese & onion bhajias.  Trust.  Brigadiers, you can sign us up.
