When you want a table that'll take ya from mid-morning coffee through to a buff nightcap, Christina's your gal. This all-day destination on the ground floor of the Mondrian Shoreditch makes a mean matcha latte and a killer Banana Espresso Martini, so set up shop here when you need a caffeine fix with or without booze (no question which one we're going for).

The interiors here are a vibe, with a laid-back mix of dreamy pastels, loads of plants and an absolute stunner of a copper bar. Take a seat and get acquainted with the cocktails. The team are all about keeping things local, so they've created a menu of classics and aperitivos with a distinctly UK-inspired twist. That means the Martini is infused with oyster shells and the Cosmo gets a lift from rosehip, and they're all the better for it. 

It's hard to pick favourites when the drinks are this good, we'll sure as hell try. Our must-order is the Coastal Margarita, with Ocho Blanco Tequila, Cornish kombu, verjus, London-made yuzu sake, triple sec and seaweed salt - it hits all the notes of the classic, but with a deep savoury twist and a hint of salty sea air. In the mood for something tropical? The Fig Leaf Colada is the way forward. With two kindsa rum, Parafante fig leaf liqueur, Kanpai yuzu sake, verjus, chamomile, marshmallow root and borage honey, this ain't the Colada they sing about in corny love songs - but it deserves a whole damn symphony composed in its honour.
