A home away from home, Collage is the place to come if you’re craving a good ol’ fashioned Gin and Tonic in the company of taxidermy, wacky wall-paper and the odd mustachioed barman. But don’t let the giant Hendricks & Sipsmith bottles fool you, Collage has more than one trick up its sleeve. Ask the charming bartenders to mix you up a ‘surprise’ (if the drinks menu isn’t exciting enough for you) and you’ll be amazed by their creativity and down-right deliciousness. These guys are all about the cocktails.

Although a little on the expensive side by Barcelona standards, between 7pm and 11pm every night all their tasty tipples are accompanied by a modest but filling Aperitivo Buffet. Secure yourself a drink and stack your plate sky-high for a pre-dinner nibble and you’ll have got more than your money’s worth. The perfect way to stave off hunger with a hot date or some good friends whist waiting for Barcelona’s restaurants to get going (10pm...!)

Expect elaborate serving suggestions, brace-wearing bar-staff, cosy retro furniture and candlelight. Perch yourself at the bar to get a good view of the bartender's mixing tricks.
