It started life as a little beach hut that Harold had fashioned out of wood and cuss-cuss grass thatch, serving cocktails to people chilling on sun loungers. Now it has been renovated into a staple part of the glamorous Sandpiper Hotel. The main man Harold has even been awarded “Employee of the Year” by the Caribbean Hotel Association, so you know you’re in safe hands.

The menu is made by the man himself and he doesn’t forget a face or a name, so when you’ve been once, you’ll always feel part of the family. The rum punch is the perfect combination of flavours (finally one that isn’t too sweet), so get a round in. Oh and if you’re feeling a bit worse for wear in the morning their Bloody Mary has a damn good kick.
