That’s not to say that Pedro doesn’t know how to shake up a decent cocktail: there’ll be frozen cocktails, hardshakes and even Manchester’s first Mezcaleria dedicated to the love of mescal (which is dedicated to getting you f*cked up). There’ll also be some nostalgic throwbacks and some super sharing cocktails to get you in the spirit (literally).
