Now the team at Swift are taking things South (well, at least to Southwark) and setting up a brand-new bar near Borough Market. Yup, this is BIG NEWS.

Like Swift's Soho location, the new Borough outpost will be split across two floors. Upstairs, they'll be shaking up the bangin' classics and aperitivo drinks they've become known for. Expect Irish Coffees, Martinis and Sgroppinos served with Swift's impeccable hospitality - no reservations necessary. But we're most jazzed about what's gonna be happening downstairs, where the team plans to take full advantage of the awesome array of local and seasonal produce from the neighbouring market to make a rotating menu of drinks.
