Creative cocktails are just one of the benefits of booking a table at this much-loved spot. The food menu is equally as enticing. Start with tempura shiitake mushrooms and gulp down an oyster or three with a glass of Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs. Then move on to skate wing with smoked tomato butter or crispy ox cheek with chilli miso emulsion. Sharing is caring, so order until the table’s covered with plates. You won’t be sorry. Shoutout to the incredible hospitality of the staff too - these guys know their stuff. For hot days there’s a sun-trap terrace to soak up those rays and pretend you’re someplace exotic as you sip a Nimrod - it’s banana cachaça, basil, lime and vanilla. Ooh, mama. Brighton, you've done it again with this absolute banger.
