Again, in no order, Employees Only NYC - such a good fun place, always made to feel at home. Broken Shaker, Miami - a unique space and a wonderfully different setting from the usual candelit bars. Dead Rabbit NYC - fiercely dedicated, well deserving of their awards.

Marcis Delzanis - in my opinion, the best bartender in London right now.

Best part of your job?

Chatting with guests and making them feel right at home, making new friends every day.

If you were going to make a Barchick cocktail what would you call it and what you be in it?

Something straight up and with whisky. BarChicks know how to drink.

Who would play you in a movie?

I think this is a question that can't be answered by yourself, someone else has to nominate a person.

If you weren't a bartender what would you like to be?

If I wasn't behind a bar I'd likely be a physicist or a chemist.

If you could make a drink for one person dead or alive who would it be

Winston Churchill. I'd like to see him drink a row of martinis.

Blended strawberry daiquiri - there's nothing not to like about it.

The return to simplicity with a focus on great preparation - Naren at Caffe Dante, Marcis at Mission E2.

Probably cry in a corner for a while. Then find my family and go have a big Hawksmoor steak with them.

Henry's Corner in the Taproom of the Dead Rabbit, 2am.

The smart arse in me wants to say a big bottle of water, but either Brora 32 or Pierre Ferrand Selection Des Anges.
