Working at Hix in soho from Thursday to Monday, working 3 double shifts and then the rest of the nights in a row and going to Fabric every night, and seeing my barmanager at one of the after parties. No sleep for 3 days and only a little for one. I was an amazing bartender to work with and to be served from and I couldn't even see straight most of the time.
What happens on the bar stays on the bar! ;)

Legs over soho: 40ml quince infused Beefeater (home made) 20ml rhubarb syrup (home made) 5ml Aperol 15ml fresh lemon juice 2dash of celary bitters Shake and serve in a cute and eclectic glass with a blood orange snap
Wet with Plymouth, depends on the day whether with a twist, olive or onion.
